3. Pricing and GST
Prices displayed on our Programmes page are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. No hidden booking fees apply to standard programme purchases.
4. Consumer Guarantees Act
Under the CGA, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill and be fit for a particular purpose you told us about. Digital guides must match their description. If we fail a guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue). See our Return Policy for practical steps.
5. Fair Trading Act
We must not mislead you about what programmes include, pricing, or likely outcomes. Testimonials on our site reflect individual experiences and are not promises that you will achieve the same results.
6. Complaints process
- Email us with your name, order reference (if any), and a clear description of the issue.
- We acknowledge within two business days and aim to resolve within ten business days.
- If unresolved, you may contact the Disputes Tribunal (for claims within its limits) or Consumer Protection (MBIE) for guidance.
7. Marketing communications
We comply with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. Marketing emails are sent only with consent or where permitted by law, and include an unsubscribe option.
8. Dispute resolution
We prefer to resolve concerns directly. Nothing on this page limits rights you cannot contract out of under New Zealand law.
